- Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday with a half an hour lunch break, Saturday being half day from 9 AM to 1 PM .
- Flexible working hours may be considered based on job requirements and employee needs.
4.2 Attendance and Punctuality
- Employees are expected to adhere to their work schedule and be punctual.
- Any absences must be reported in advance, except in cases of emergency.
4.3 Leave Policy
- Annual Leave: Employees are entitled to 12 days of paid annual leave per year.
- Sick Leave: Employees are entitled to six days of paid sick leave per year.
- Public Holidays: Employees will receive paid leave on recognized public holidays.
